Nature’s Cereal Recipe

A little over a month ago, Sherwayne Mears shared a simple recipe via his TikTok, @natures_food. “This, my friends, is what breakfast cereal looks like for me,” he says as he combines blueberries, blackberries, and pomegranate seeds in a wooden bowl. “I call it nature’s cereal.”

He beat the berries with a glug of coconut water directly from the source and eats the entire issue with a spoon as he lauds the individual advantages of his triumphant breakfast: “My main thing when I eat this that I notice is the energy level. I in a real sense felt like I could run a long-distance race.”

In a little while, the formula, as so numerous on TikTok, began to get on as imitators across the site took a stab at this new breakfast of champions. It wasn’t until artist Lizzo made a bowl of nature’s cereal and communicated it to her crowd of 13 million supporters that it really took off.

Her rendition stars strawberries, blueberries, pomegranate, and, obviously, coconut water. She raises the stakes, notwithstanding, and adds a couple of solid shapes of ice. “It’s gooooood,” she murmurs soothingly as she takes her first chomp.

With Lizzo’s underwriting, nature’s oat entered the more elite classes of viral food formula dom. In the week since her take, I’ve seen nature’s oat showing up across Instagram and TikTok, prodding incalculable changes. Jason Derulo collects a form that makes him glide. Web star Trisha Paytas claims her variant “suggests a flavor like frozen yogurt.” A quick look at the hashtag on TikTok uncovers a little armed force taking a stab at this extremely basic formula.

I’ve generally been an admirer of products of the earth. The thought behind nature’s cereal started from basically considering what to eat the following morning while I was laying in bed the prior night. Awesome!

Obviously, I was unable to oppose the temptation. I amassed the imperative berries in a bowl and finished off them with a weighty sprinkle of coconut water. I don’t generally drink coconut water very much or want to eat super-chilly things, however, I threw a couple of ice cubes in there for the experience and took a couple of chomps.

The cool thing about this formula is that it tastes very much like it looks. Or, in other words it posed a flavor like berries suspended in water. That is eventually what it is. I disdain shocks, so this was beneficial for me.

There is something in particular about eating berries with a spoon. On the off chance that you attempted to do one without the coconut water, there may be a battle with the lips. A spoonful of dry berries, dry lips, berry, or two in the lap. The manner in which I normally eat berries with a spoon is with yogurt, which does a ton for the flavor and surface. So this cereal is an approach to have berries by the spoonful without breaking a sweat of yogurt, however with unadulterated berry flavor which is… cool, I presume.”

Here’s the recipe I used below.
