Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Kale
  • 1/2 A Carrot
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Juice

Directions

  1. Add the spinach, kale, carrot, and banana to a blender with the pineapple juice and blend well.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add more pineapple juice 1 tablespoon at a time.
