Positive affirmations help to create the best version of yourself and disregard the self-limiting beliefs that others have put upon you. Tell yourself that you are confident, strong, and capable and you are much more likely to embody those beliefs. Hard wires were put in place over many years, so it won’t happen overnight but the daily practice will eventually win out.
Inspire YouThe definition of an affirmation is the assertion that something exists or is true. Positive affirmations help us focus on the good in our lives instead of the negative.
